Don't believe the commercials that you see on TV with the actresses that are promoting this product. It's just hype and you wind up paying way too much money it. Both my husband and I find WEN a great product. We have hair growth and manageable hair. I've read some bad reviews and that's too bad because when WEN is used correctly, it works. We are people of color with kinky hair and WEN softens, moisture, strengthens ad makes our hair grow.

Granted, I may not have used enough of the styling creme, and my hair is nice, light, curly and feels clean, but i do have frizz, which is a bit of a disappointment... It just means that I'll have to use a finishing product that I know works. However, that being said, Jeremy, who was the customer service agent who helped me when i called to cancel the subscription aspect handled my call VERY professionally and VERY personably. I appreciated the way he handled the call and my request, which makes me more likely to return as a customer when I'm able to.
The first customer service rep was a bit rude and did not inform me that I needed a Return Shipping Label. She just send "Send it back" which if I had, would likely have gotten lost somewhere in postal or UPS land with no credit reinstated on my card. The second customer service person put me on hold for mins, came back and said it would be 7-10 days before I would receive a Return Label because they use snail mail. I'm really worried I won't get my money back. Would not recommend doing business with these people.
